To complete the range of oversized stems, Cinelli introduces Devo, worked out by numerically controlled machines, from a solid block in 6082T6 aluminum. The tool machines the piece outside, creating a wall with different thickness (from 2,5 mm near the head up to 3 mm near the fork clamp). Devo features a very strong rear closure (with crossed clamp screws), particularly suitable for carbon fiber forks.
