Cold Forged Head with Single Bolt Design: The Lite Post 2 uses a cold forged head made from 6061 aluminum. The forged head increases strength and durability, while reducing weight. The forged head also features broached serrations for a perfect fit with the head clamp parts. The Lite Post 2 features our patented single bolt off-set design. A single bolt for clamping and adjustment is the lightest, most simple way to make a seatpost. This allows 22 degrees of adjustment in 2° increments. Our clamps have deep large serrations that hold strong and do not slip.
2014 Tube w/CNC Finish & Laser Graphic: The Lite Post 2 features a strong and lightweight 2014 T-6 aluminum alloy that is CNC machined for a perfect outside diameter. The 2014 tube is anodized and the Kore logo and insertion marks are all laser engraved for scratch resistance and long lasting durability.
CNC Machined Head Clamp Parts: The Elite Post 2 uses precision machined 6061 aluminum head clamp parts. CNC machining is superior to casting or forging when parts need to mate up perfectly. All excess material is removed from the clamps to reduce weight.
