Technicaly elevated style featuring innovative design and concept, created for the most aggressive racers. The uppers are made of breathable, anti-collapse compact mesh and Lorica, a lightweight, breathable, resistant microfiber. The new Global Microtech X-Frame system wraps up the whole foot thanks to the X-shaped lateral props which give great stability. The overlapping, wrap-around tongue is integrated into the uppers for superior adherence and protection and features the revolutionary Microtech closure system which works in both directions (opening and closing) through a micronometer locking nut and ensures a perfect adjustment to the foot. The closure system is completed by two Velcro strips. The Heel Lift Stop system keeps the foot firm inside the shoe while the anatomic underfoot frame supports it comfortably. Iguana is equipped with the innovative Haze Titanium outsole made of a new, lightweight material which has an excellent grip. The outsole is built through an encasing system that wraps up the shoe creating an efficient antishock rim. It is completed by a midsole made of fiberglass-loaded Zytel DuPont nylon. A internal part in titanium makes the shoe rigid further increasing its performance. Equipped with interchangeable plastic and metal studs for a reliable grip even on very rough ground. closer
