New for 2003, the downhill version of our Real Seal now comes with 4140 heat-treated, stress relieved cromoly steel cups. Both upper and lower cups now feature an extended press fit section to prevent ovalized head tubes caused by dual crown forks. The 4140 cromoly steel cups are plated for corrosion resistance and have a much higher yield strength than their stainless steel counterparts, making the new Real Seal DH the ultimate headset for any serious DH rig.
