The Riser bar is manufactured from a cold drawn, seamless, butted Air Alloy aluminum tube and shot peened for increased fatigue life. The butting process puts extra material in critical ""high impact"" areas, creating the optimal strength to weight ratio for an aluminum bar. In fact, the Riser Bar is so strong that it doesnıt need a cross brace for support- itıs used ""as is"" by many of the worldıs top downhill racers.
