Shimano's 8-spline interface creates a rock-solid connection between the ES50 and your crankarms. The hollow spindle is made of chromoly for excellent strength and light weight. Plus, Shimano's sealed cartridge bearings provides years of trouble-free service. Note: the spline pattern on the ES50 bottom-bracket spindle is compatible only with splined Shimano Deore, Deore LX and Deore XT cranks.

* Interface: Oversize axle with 8-splines provides a more rigid interface between the crank arm and bottom bracket.
* BB-ES70-E comes in a 68x113 & 73x118 combination only.
