Design Objective: Create a very lightweight riser bar that’s up to the challenge of extreme downhill racing.

What should you look for? Stiffness, fatigue and impact strength, and weight are all important. Ride quality is also very noticeable in handlebars because you hold them directly. Generally, when you reduce the weight, you lose stiffness and strength. Easton’s CT2 technology allows us to make a lighter bar that is far stronger than any other and offers excellent ride characteristics.
